AUCTION ART: OILS, WATERCOLORS, SCULPTURES and MORE...
The art for our Raffle and Auction is made possible through the generosity of many artists and galleries in the Mendocino area. In addition to the many artists that donate art for our Raffle, many more artists make their art available for our Auction. Their commitment to supporting our community is to be congratulated. We will be posting the locations where these artists exhibit, and will also be featuring images of the work which will be raffled and auctioned off in 2011. Check back frequently for updates, and the online galleries will soon be open for your visit. Click on the 2010 galleries to see the caliber of artwork included in the auction last year.
The money that you contribute by purchasing Raffle tickets or having the winning bid on the pieces of art that will be auctioned off is used to support youth activities, scholarships, and grants to many non-profit organizations in our community and throughout the world. A major role of Rotary is to give back to the community in honor of our motto “Service Above Self ”.
